As a breeder we focus on providing a healthy and well tempered line of GSD's. We strive to offer the best GSD'S. Our breeding stock are free of genetic health issues and meet all breed standards. We have no reports of any of our offspring having any genetic health issues. We guarantee a healthy dog with a good temperament however you must maintain there health with regular health checkups, healthy eating and plenty of exercise. You are also responsible for maintaining their temperament, always be kind and loving to your dog and they will grow to be gentle and kind. GSD's are very loyal companions and can be very protective of their family.
Service Dog Policies : Each of our service dogs come with a contract agreement. Please see your contract for details.
With our guided self training program we provide support and guidance throughout the entire process, however at the end of the day training is your responsibility and the more effort and time you put into the process the better results you will achieve.
Pet Policy: If you would like a contract please request one prior to pick up date of pup, so the contract can be included in your pup packet and can be signed at the time of pick up. Contracts will not be issued after purchase.
We do not sell pups for breeding stock or as show lines. Pups are sold as pets, and only sold to individuals we feel will provide forever homes and love them as companions.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS
If there is a genetic health issue with the dog, we will offer a replacement of the pup up to 6 months after your purchase, with documentation of the genetic health issue from a certified and notable vet, we reserve the right to request a second review from one of our trusted vets.
As for cosmetic appearances we can not predict the adult coloration or size of a pup. GSD's all grow at different rates and different adult sizes. GSD's are not fully grown until they are 3 years of age. Also their colors change as they age as well.
As for ears, we DO NOT tape, glue, or brace our pups ears as many breeders do. If by 5 months of age your pups ears are not erect you can choose to do so if you feel it to be necessary. I understand the desire of having erect ears but statically speaking 1/50 GSD's will have soft ears and need proper intervention to ensure erect ears. If a pups ears do not stand on their on by 5 months of age they most likely will not stand without proper intervention. Thus the reason for so many options to help the process along are available, such as taping, gluing, bracing, mole skins and even surgical implants. These options would not exists if there were no need for them. Not all GSD's will need the extra support however some do. We cannot guarantee a pup will or will not need intervention to gain the erect ears, however it is your responsibility to provide intervention to ensure erect ears if you see the need to do so. We do not provide refunds or replacements based on cosmetics issues. As much as we would like to guarantee every pups ears to stand, its unpredictable and sometimes requires intervention to help the process along.
We strive to provide our clients with great dogs. We offer affordable prices so that those wanting a loyal companion can afford the ability to have one. Our goal is for each of our pups to find forever homes therefore we do our very best to place our pups with families we feel will provide such homes. Sometimes a dog may not grow to be the picture perfect dog you imagined and if you feel that you would only be satisfied with the picture perfect dog, by all means print a picture of one and hang it on your wall to look at or go to a breeder whom breeds from a champion blood line. I hate to be so blunt but dogs may not be people but they do have feelings and they bond with their families and they ARE NOT MATERIAL POSSESSIONS to be treated as such. They are living beings whom deserve love and stability, if you cannot provide this for one of our pups DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM US.
